I was having trouble figuring out the subject for today’s jigsaw puzzle when my wife got home from the store, and while helping unload the groceries, she gave me some boxes of pink soap to put away.
An “A-Ha!” moment ensued. I would do a picture of a bathroom sink for the puzzle!
Sanity returned a few minutes later when she asked me to go to the hardware store and get a few bags of manure for the garden.
I casually made a joke about going to city hall instead, and I sort of get the idea that maybe she didn’t like it. I think it was the can of beans she threw at my head that confirmed my contusion, uh… I mean “conclusion.”
I think I would be better off using a picture of some soap instead.
