The interesting thing about today’s jigsaw puzzle is that it was taken before color was invented.
I don’t mean color photographs, I mean color itself. That’s why so many old photographs and movies are in black and white!
Color was invented in 1643 but it was expensive and didn’t come into widespread use until the early 1960’s.
At least that is what we used to tell our kids when they were young.
You can tell your kids all kinds of outrageous things when they are little and they’ll believe you!
