Today’s daily jigsaw puzzle features the Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark in Birmingham, Alabama.
It originally operated from 1882 until 1971 as a pig-iron-producing blast furnace site. It was one of the largest producers of pig iron in the world but has since become an interpretive museum of industry.
You can do a self-guided tour for free, and it hosts metal arts programs including blacksmithing and welding, cast iron art classes, and even music fests.
