Have you have had carob? It’s often used as a substitute for chocolate and is actually a legume, and is primary grown in the Mediterranean.
The Carob Mill Museum is located in Cyprus and was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It’s also rated as one of the “must see” attractions there.
At this facility you can see the old machines used to process the carobs along side more modern equipment.
You can also sample some products made from the carob.
Cyprus is on my bucket list and I hope to visit the museum there, along with all the other sites.
Today’s jigsaw puzzle is, of course, a picture of one part of the museum.
Enjoy!
