I thought of a weird short story or maybe a comic strip about the impending robot uprising.
They make the heads at a factory where the only part they build is the head, and they get shipped somewhere else for the final assembly.
The robot heads get tired of being left in piles all the time and decide to revolt. The only problem is, they are just heads and can’t move!
After much debate and arguing about their problem, they finally realise that unless a human stuck their fingers in their mouths, there wasn’t much they could do.
In the final panel of the comic strip version, one head is heard to mutter the single word, “Drat!”
OK, it sounded better in my head.
