The Koekelberg Basilica in today’s jigsaw puzzle, otherwise known as the “Basilica of the Sacred Heart” is located in Brussels, Belgium.
Brussels is also known for a vegetable who’s sprouts are often eaten by adults and despised by children.
OK, that last part was totally made up, but my wife tried to feed me Brussels sprouts again. Gak!
I have not had the opportunity to visit Belgium, but I did get to visit St. Peter’s Basilica years ago. It was huge, and amazing.
Belgium is on my to do list.
