Friday’s Confusing Daily Jigsaw Puzzle

I can’t decide if the picture in today’s jigsaw puzzle is supposed to be a flower or a pinwheel.
What do you think?
I found this one at about the same time as yesterday’s jigsaw puzzle and since I got a TON of good feedback on it, I figured maybe this one would be a good follow-up to it.
