I hope to have things fixed again. The issue was someone using a ‘bot to try to download all 3500+ jigsaw puzzles in all sizes and versions at one time.
This sent my bandwidth and my CPU time through the roof causing my web host to shut down the site to preserve the other people’s sites they host.
The sad thing is, you can set these bots to download the puzzles (or anything else, for that matter) slowly over a period of time so as to not cause these problems.
Some people are impatient, though. Odds are they will simply leave the puzzles on their hard drives and won’t actually play more than a few before they find the next big thing to download.
