The carnival I’m talking about isn’t the kind where you go and ride rides, but the kind that has people performing sort of like a parade, but not with everyone marching around.
It’s more of the kind where you do the walking to see the different performers, exhibits, etc.
Anyway, just think of this as a tamer version of Mardi Gras and you’ll have it.
