Ben Franklin is the subject of today’s jigsaw puzzle. I thought of him while looking at a Franklin stove.
Let me go ahead and apologize now as the picture is a little dark in places. I think it was painted back in the dark ages, before electricity was invented.
Ben obviously had this one done before he flew his kite, which is why it’s a little dark. Candles were expensive and they didn’t yet know how to turn on the light bulbs.
He was trying to save a penny instead of earning one, I think.
I never was very good at history, even though there wasn’t that much of it to learn back when I was in school.
