In the city of Bamberg, Germany, the old Town Hall was built on an artificial island in the middle of the Regnitz River in 1387.
The original façade was created by Johann Anwander, but it was lost over time, but it was recreated in the 1960’s by Anton Greiner.
It’s a museum now.
Having seen several pictures of it, I think I would like to visit it someday.
Meanwhile, you can enjoy it as today’s jigsaw puzzle.
