Wednesday’s jigsaw puzzle is a photograph of the Temple of Heaven, located in the heart of Beijing, China.
This architectural masterpiece was constructed in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty.
For centuries, emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties visited this sacred compound to pray for bountiful harvests.
Beijing and this temple are on my bucket list. I’ve been to China several times, but never been to Beijing.
