I had to go bail Bob out of jail again last night, so I didn’t get the Daily Jigsaw Puzzle done for Friday. Sorry about that.
No, Bob wasn’t drinking. Seems he was out shopping with his friend Eddie and was telling him about the time he got arrested for racing shopping carts through the women’s section at Wally-World.
Eddie, who is about two french-fries short of a happy meal, asked Bob to show him how it happened, and Bob, being an agreeable short, got a cart and started running it down the aisle in the women’s section again.
This time he didn’t get far as two police officers were escorting a young (ahem) lady out for trying to leave the store with twelve layers of clothing on.
Well, Bob collided with one of the officers who was pushed into the woman who bounced off the other officer and the whole thing became a tangled mess.
One officer managed to grab Bob’s cart before he could drive if off again and the other one tripped over Eddie, who had followed Bob down the aisle, as he chased after the young lady who felt that was a good time to leave with her twelve layers of clothing on.
Long story short, she got away, and Bob and Eddie didn’t. Obstruction of justice, improper use of a vehicle (the cart), etc.
All it all, between the two of them there were nine charges, plus they held them until someone (me) could bring an estimated amount to pay what the store lost in women’s clothing and their bail.
Something tells me Bob’s wife is going to have questions. I’m almost sad I won’t be there to hear them!
OK, on to today’s jigsaw puzzle!
It features a cut-away view of a nice place for children. Its form was inspired by a puzzle I saw in a store, although it was adults doing things like working on computers, cooking, sawing wood, etc. and not kids doing educational activities like this one.
