There’s an outdoor cafe (OK, it has indoor seating, too,) overseas much like the one in today’s jigsaw puzzle.
I made it a point to stop there whenever I was in that part of the world, and sit outside. I would order a soda as I don’t drink coffee or tea, and I would watch the people going by.
People watching was a bit of a sport for me, unless I was reading a book.
There was always at least one person who stood out from the crowd. You could tell who it was just by the way the people around them seemed to move and act just a bit differently around them.
