No, your eyes aren’t playing tricks on you, and no, it wasn’t photo-shopped.
These are Blue Crowned Pigeons and they are found in the lowland rain forest of Papua, New Guinea.
I can see where they would make people think they are seeing things, especially since they are the largest pigeons in the world, weighing over five pounds!
That’s pretty big considering that even the ones in New York top out at about two pounds!
I wanted to do something unusual for a jigsaw puzzle and found this image.
