Well, it’s time to go back to work, and time for me to go back on my diet.
I hit a bit of a plateau and wasn’t losing any more weight, so I stopped the diet for a couple of weeks to sort of throw my body off guard.
Now it’s time to start again, so Sunday will be the last of the junk food for a while.
Meanwhile, I thought this platter of healthy foods would make a good jigsaw puzzle and maybe offer a little bit of encouragement for others.
