Fixing Compatibility View issues
One of the issues a small number of people are experiencing with viewing the web page concerns Compatibility View and
you may need to change your settings.
This seems to affect mostly AOL users and people with a branded version of Internet Explorer. By branded I mean someone
else has added their logo to IE. This may also affect non-branded versions, but the issue causes your screen to look like
this:
Here is how to change the settings and hopefully fix the issue:
- 1. In Internet Explorer, make sure you can see the menu bar:
- 2. If you can't see the menu bar, right click in that area and put a check mark next to "Menu Bar":
- 3. Once you can see the menu bar, click on the "Tools" menu and select "Compatibility Vew Settings":
- 4. The below window should open up. Make sure "Display all websites in Compatibility View" is NOT checkmarked at point A and
that jigsawaday.com
is not in the list at B.
- 5. Click on the Close button to save the settings.
- 6. Exit Internet Explorer and go back in, and view the page.
Below you will see a screenshot of what you should see:

Individual puzzle page
I hope this helps!
