| Welcome to Jigsawaday.com's All New 101 Jigsaw Puzzles for KidsCD-ROM. We hope you and your kids enjoy it. This CD contains 101 brand new jigsaw puzzles, in eight different difficulty levels each. It is divided into two sections of four puzzles each. The first section is for smaller kids, with puzzles ranging from four pieces to 72. This was to make it easier for smaller kids to navigate. The second section is for bigger kids, all the way up to 101 years old. (I'm a big kid, too, and if you are over 101 years old and play our puzzles, congratulations and please let me know.) They range in size from about 80 pieces to 224 pieces. On the last page of each section, you will find a link to a special, hidden directory on the web site where we will put in bonus puzzles, corrections and additional items of interest. This link is for only people who have bought the CD, so please do not share it with anyone. |
| Now for the User Agreement: By using this CD-ROM, you agree to abide by the User Agreement, and that JigsawADay.com and it's owners are not liable for any damages that may occur to your computer while using the CD-ROM or any of the programs and / or puzzles contained on the CD-ROM. We have extended a great deal of effort on the creation of this CD-ROM, and have tested it on multiple computers without problems, but since no two computers are exactly alike, we can not predict what system you have or how it will work with this CD-ROM. There shouldn't be any problems, but you never can tell. |
| System Requirements: This CD-ROM has been tested on both Windows XP Home and Professional Versions, and Windows 7. We do not have a Windows Vista, Windows 8 or a Windows NT machine to test it on, but it should work anyway. Sorry, but it wasn't designed for Apple products, and won't run under Linux unless you have a Windows emulator running. (Note for Vista and Windows 7 users: You may have to adjust your security settings slightly to allow the puzzles to run. Sorry, I don't have a Vista machine to see what settings to change. Check the JigsawADay.com web site for some hints I have come up with.) You also need a minimum of 1024x768 or larger screen size. 1280x1024 works better, and gives you more room. Most computer screens these days are that size and larger. My computer screen is 1600x900 (wide screen format.) While not required, a sound system of some sort for your computer will enhance the quality of play as the pieces make different sounds when you rotate them or fit them together. If you don't want the sound, simply turn your speakers off. You can copy the entire contents of this CD to a folder on your hard drive for faster access. One additional note: While you can not save the puzzles during play, you can minimize them and resume play later. |
| Warranty info: This disk is guaranteed against material defects at the time of shipping and receipt by the buyer. If it arrives damaged, we will replace it for free. If you damage it, you can request a replacement for only $4.00 to cover our cost of shipping and materials. We do recommend you copy it to your hard drive so you won't have to worry about damaging the CD later. |
| About the images on the CD: The images used on this CD-ROM come from several different sources. All are either paid or free content by image providers such as stock exchanges, my own creations, or bought on CD/DVD as a commercial product for use in the creation of commercial products. All TOS of the providers has been followed as required at the time of publication of the source material. I have spent over $1,000.00 in obtaining a large library of images and animations for use in my jigsaw puzzles, and have worked hard to insure I have the proper rights to the material as required by copyright and fair use laws. If you believe you are the copyright owner of any of the images used in this product and you believe I have not used it according to your requirements, please contact me with proof the image is yours, and I will either remove the image from future editions and subsititute another one, or try to work something out with you for use of the image. Note we reserve the right to request additional proof if necessary. |
