One thing I can claim – I set a mean dinner table. We’re all set up for an eight course meal here.
Cornets of salmon tartare served in savory cones, miniature Parmesan baskets filled with an herbed goat cheese mousse, phyllo purse bundles of mushroom and brie garnished with mustard sauce, a nice salad, shrimp bisque flambe, a nice sorbet, baked salmon, a nice light dessert followed by coffee or drink of their choice.
Well, that is what I’d like to serve.
What they will actually get is store bought frozen lasagna with garlic bread.
