Somehow I completely forgot about the big bag of grapes I had in the refrigerator. I got lucky in that they were still good.
I’ve been going to the gym every other day for a couple of weeks now, and I’m trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
The really good news is that chocolate is good for you!
I like mine in a semi-liquid state poured over ice cream, bananas, some dairy product (whipped cream,) some heart-healthy nuts and of course a cherry on top.
Since my wife won’t let me have that too often, I’ll have to settle for some fruit. And chocolate!
