Well, my diet of a few less burgers, fries and chips replaced by a few more fresh vegetables seems to be helping.
I have a bit more energy, and I think I’m losing a few pounds.
I’ve also added more fruit, including my latest addition, dried blueberries. I found out that blueberries are really good for your eyes, and mine need all the help they can get.
True, it can be a tad bit more expensive to eat fresh vegetables than the junk food, but I think it will be worth it in the long run.
So here is my suggestion: Go fix a few carrot sticks and some celery to enjoy while you work today’s jigsaw puzzle.
